I was charged over $350 when the agent gave me an initial contract for $81. I have tried to talked to someone about it and got a rude response from a guy names Scott Parsons, a field manager from Chicopee MA. he ignored my questions and kept repeating the same message which didn't response to those questions. I asked to talk to his manager then I got radio silence. So it was a terrible experience and I will recommend to my friends they choose Enterprise or another company.

Had issues with the automated pickup but thankfully manager happened to be around. Even though it was Sunday he was able to help me get my truck and get moving. He very polite and I was very glad to not have my move messed up due to technical difficulties.

This place was great and the man we interacted with was great but U-Haul itself, as a company, was A PAIN to deal with. I said I wanted to book at a place that was closer to where I lived and I picked the specific address from a list of places close to me (A LIST THAT UHAUL PROVIDED AND AN ADDRESS THAT THEY CONFIRMED WITH ME SEVERAL TIMES) and then THE DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO MOVE, I get a text saying, ONCE I HAVE ALREADY PAID, that I have to pick up my vehicle from a place that is an HOUR AND A HALF AWAY AND IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF WHERE I AM SUPPOSED TO BE GOING and i have absolutely no other choice than to pick up from there at this point. I was never warned about this being a possibility! I ended up being really late to pick up my vehicle and considering the circumstances, this rental pick up location was phenomenal and the man who we worked with was courteous and sympathetic and all-around lovely and I give him the highest possible rating that human being can give another human being and while I would love to see him again and I wish him nothing but the best, I am never using U-Haul as a service again this is the worst company I have ever worked with, all the higher ups running this thing literally dont deserve anything nice ever in their lives you people literally don't deserve a hug or a dog or anything else nice but I love RMO Auto

I had reserved in advance a 17' truck from Purple Valley Auto for a 10:30am pickup - Reservation # 22483410. On arrival, the location was closed, which we expected. However, when I started the online self-service, it said there was an issue with the truck assigned to us and to call Scott at 1-$#@-386-#$^# and that he is available 24/7. I called 10-15 times, left a voicemail and a text message and never heard from him. I called Uhaul and they said it looked as though everything was all set for the self-service check in and sent the email again. I restarted the process and had the same issue, with the only instruction being to call Scott. After spending an hour doing this, Uhaul reserved another truck for me a 15 minute drive farther away from my house. The self check in there had to be restarted 4 different times as the camera application on a new iphone would not load to take a picture of myself or license on different occasions despite allowing the site to access the application. There are glitches in the self-check in system. This took another half hour to finally get into a Uhaul. I had 5 movers waiting at my house from 10:30am until just after noon with nothing to do because I could not get the Uhaul I reserved in advance. The whole process was difficult, we incurred more cost because we had to travel farther to get the uhaul we eventually used and paid people for an hour and a half to do nothing. I will not be using Uhaul again and would not recommend the self-service pick up to anyone.

Returned truck during a very bad winter storm. When we got there the truck got stuck in the snow and the car stalled and wouldn't start. They took care of the truck and helped get my car started for me. They handled everything in a professional and experienced way even during the storm. Kudos to these two gentlemen.
