Had to use app U-Haul to turn in. No human around. Park a 26 footer U-Haul in the parking lot. Took me over 4 tries with a ground guide my son to park. Otherwise ok. Thank you, Russel

Drivers side mirror was loose tilt down while driving. Shifter would jam in park sometimes and not go into gear.

Jennifer MWhile I was on my way to pick up the uhaul truck a representative named Tony from Uhaul contact me by phone. He was very helpful and gave superior service. He stayed on the phone with us and walked us through the process of renting the truck and where to pick up truck. Unfortunately we had to drive our uhaul down the street to another uhaul location for dolly’s and such which the woman at the counter Tony’s daughter(we found out later) was just as knowledgeable and courteous. And her other coworker actually came up to us in the store and helped us right away clearing up any concerns we had immediately James from North highlands ca
