You can rename the location on the website. Nowhere on the building does it say "Bessinger Convenience Centers." What is a convenience center even? I didn't know what I was looking for. It's a Tesoro station, and I would have found it immediately if the location had been described and named properly. It doesn't say "BESSINGER" anywhere! Thank you for asking.

Just fill all the trucks to the line mark at 'F' for full. I fortunately had a full u-haul when I got it but heard several people in front of me in line who had to deal with the "return it to 13/16ths of a tank (just not convenient) or as easy to remember. Also, I still don't know what I need to do to check the truck back in because I got an email that says I have to sign in online to check it in. BUT I was told to fill it back up with gas to where it was, and drop the key in the dropbox. Sooo, it's just a little unclear that way. BUT the guy who rented it to me made everything very simple to do besides that.

Accountability of U-Haul with this reservation was absolutely ridiculous. It was originally scheduled on 22 October for pickup in Salt Lake City the morning of 4 November. I was called the afternoon of the 3rd and was told there were no trucks available in the SLC valley until 1700-1800 the evening of the 4th. This alone is unacceptable. I then told the rep from the original SLC pickup site to find a 15' Truck anywhere from SLC north to Cache Valley with an available pickup of 1000. They said they had found one in North Logan. I was then contacted at 1000 by the North Logan Office and they stated that the truck that was promised wouldn't be available until 1200. Again, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I then show up at 1200 to find out that the truck won't be available for another 2...maybe 3 hours. So, at this point there is no accountability with U-Haul or its current clients to follow through with any promises. I was then called at 1330 and was told a truck was available for pickup. I picked it up at 1400, 84 miles out of my way and all they gave me as an apology was $75.00 refund. I put in a complaint (Ref ID: 1608328) and have yet to hear back from the Area Manager as promised. I was told they would contact me in 24-48 hours and it's already been 56 hours. Zero follow through and down right disrespectful.

I tried to Drop off after hours and the Internet connection in that area would not let me check out. However I received a call and email later confirming checkout. Also I had left a coat in the truck. Fortunately I left a voicemail at the number listed and received a call telling me that they had heard my message and found my coat 5 minutes before the truck left again.

I had a truck and a trailer rented and when I returned them they were too busy to pay attention to what I had they was ok with the truck but they actually helped me unhook the trailer but reported it ass not returned and you sent me more than one e-mail from your recovery department and I called and talked to two different people and told them that I had returned it and yet I got another e-mail saying I need to return it I then replied and told them the same story and that the problem was on your end not mine. I also called the place that I returned it to and left two messages before I got a call and it said the matter was solved. I did not like being accused of steeling and would not recommend that any have that experience. Gordon Jenkin

No one was there when we dropped it off but it was easy to do and an easy location. No problems. Later hours on a Saturday when it's easier to move would be nicer.

We were about five to ten minutes late returning the truck in a pouring rain storm and they unlocked the doors and came outside to help us check in!! They went above and beyond!! Thank you! Thank you!

The truck had 135000 miles, mpg was TERRIBLE, probably around 7mpg, and the truck was uncomfortable. I really appreciated that they were open Sunday.

Even though he had no involvement with the initial issue of my trailer having a puddle of foul-smelling liquid in it, the gentleman with whom I dropped the trailer was very apologetic about my experience. He offered great customer service and I would happily do business with him again.
