Have a note hanging inside to remind renter that vehicle has been Sanitized completely due to COVID 19. I went over it again since I have underlying conditions which makes Me more prone for infection.

Don't charge me for being 13 miles over. Really! I went from the pick up location to the rural location of the move. I guess that 13 miles was very important to the Uhaul company. It's the principle of the thing. I guess you need to charge $5.00 to piss customers off. Never again. The last move we rented the truck 4 weeks in advance. One day before closing on our home Uhaul called and said they don't have the truck. Had to drive 59 miles for a new pick up location. Yeah, didn't give me a discount for that mistake on your part. But 13 miles and $5.00 can't be overlooked. Again. No more Uhaul!

Store opens at 9:30, they showed up at 9:30. Weren't ready to do business right away. Did not check vehicle over when checking equipment back in. Location is not dirty per say, but not very inviting, it is a pawn shop in an old building.

I could not complete the online after hours check in because I could not use location services to document my location even though the service was turned on on my phone. I was then charged a $20+ fee because of this.

The trailer that was rented to me had numerous dents/holes with numerous claim stickers on the outside as well as the inside. The interior was dirty and anything that I touched blackened my hands as well as the blankets I used to cover the two dressers that I was moving. A trailer in this condition ought not to be rented. Total ripoff for the insurance I paid for a trailer that basically would be considered totaled by an insurer.

I was told I would receive a 15% discount and a 10' truck-I was unable to change anything online-I got a 15' truck-no discount-and wrong place for drop off-which was completely just the call centers fault....every human I came in contact w or called at each location was wonderful!!!

The individual who rented the trailer to me was not only Professional but empathetic. He recognize the need for social distancing but still insured the trailer was connected properly for everyone safety. This man was a gentleman to my wife and that matters to me!

Did not understand why we were charged an "afterhours service fee", when we told the pick-up location we may need the vehicle for another day we were not informed of this fee. We called the drop-off location on Friday afternoon and were not informed of this fee either. Somehow U-haul needs to inform people of this fee since it almost doubled our fee for one extra day.

From a liability and customer service viewpoint I was surprised that: 1) no one went out into the yard to explain how to hook up the trailer or to see if I needed any help. 2) I was told the trailer number to hook up to & where I could find it. 3) I guess they assume if you don't ask for help or ask any questions then you are good to go?
