All was excellent
CHIFFON I.I have never been more overcharged at a U-Haul! The total was estimated $150 and I was charged almost 350 not to mention it shows that the vehicle was returned a day later than it was actually returned. The tank was left full of gas with no damages, and I did not ask for any help or receive any U-Haul help.

Nelson L.I was notified when I went in to pick up my rental that the vehicle was not available. The staff found another vehicle at another location where we had to go to to pick up. We arrived at the new pick up location and the truck had trailer on it. We had to assist the staff take the trailer off because the did not have the tools or skills to do so. The staff was mostly helpful, but the set up and run around was not.
