The whole process of needing verification from two people without any notice of such or the option to do it in advance was way too onerous. All the requirements for taking pics etc, way too many website screens to deal with loading and refreshing etc. would not do an unattended location again As I had to do all the work for the money and was not provided any heads up that it would be so difficult and time consumingniki M.
Make sure your trucks are locked there was a person who squared in my rental smokes cigarettes in the back and slept and ate food and left all the cigarette ashes and trash in the back of the rental truck.Cal A.
Was on hold to try to get help for 30 minutes with customer care. Never got through so then I started utilizing the chat feature. Which they were helpful there kind of. Your payment system sucked and I was waiting outside the vehicle for 30 minutes trying to figure out why your system wouldn't Accept a card that had the finances on it to cover the amount. Then today your company keeps trying to charge my card after they've already taken off the whole day and actually charged me the real amount of 4252. Then I called Lynn to ask why they're charging it in the customer care person sucked. Just kept repeating the same exact thing over and over which obviously I wasn't understanding what he was saying so he should have changed how he was wording it instead of saying like I said. Ended up hanging up on him because it was like I was talking to a computer that was helplessRyan M.
First of all, once a customer reserve a vehicle you should send a customer a email detailing the steps of check in and check out. Most customer don't want to set up a account for a one time use . A step by step instructions would make it less stressful. I had to have the u-haul/laundry attendant check me in and out. She was awesome.Christine T C.
The staff was really friendly, but the location is super sketchy. I was there at 0700am. People approached me and started to talk badly and rudely to me. These people didn't work there. I was glad that I could pick it up without big issues. I am glad there are cameras, so nothing happened to my car.Stephan S.
This was the first time I had rented a Uhaul. I booked online, and when I went to pick it up, the staff member working had no idea how to rent out the trucks or how to provide me with the keys. She was so kind however and tried getting in touch with her boss. Once she finally did, the owner said that she would check me in later and I could just take the truck. I was not shown anything about the truck, not told to check anything with the truck, and not given any assistance with what to do upon return. When I took the truck back I did not realize it needed to be refilled with gas, I overlooked that but also it would have been helpful to have a staff member be able to tell me that firsthand. The staff member from earlier was still there and told me to fill it up then return it. I did that, and then when I got home to check about the return policy to make sure that I did everything right, it said that I was supposed to have taken pictures and sent my current location, which again, I had no idea about until I went through the online process. The truck was very helpful but I don't know that I will rent from this location again. The staff member working was great and genuinely seemed like she just had not been fully trained on the process which should be the owner's responsibility.Eva B.

Worst service ever. I was not even told that along with paying for miles, I have to fill the fuel again. And I just drove 23 miles, for which 1.5-gallon fuel is more than enough, but I am charged for 3 gallons. And the cost per gallon is WAY TOO MUCH HIGH, looks like you guys are getting fuel for your vehicles from Mars. I'll never choose u-Haul for any service in the future.Mohan S.

Their was a problem with my pick up location, when I got their they had no trucks BUT they found me another location that did and hooked me up. So overall no problems.kelli H.
*Inconvenient Experience* The Customer service was good, however the lady wasn't prepared to get us checked in, in a timely manner when we got there to pick up the 15â€ truck. She mentioned she had not done a rental in one year, as we waited 40 mins for the system to load and process through our account information. Using the truck was good and clean. After all said and done- we got double charged for 24 hours vs the 8 hours we used. I'm still pending help to get this all credited back.Marcy L.

the woman up front told me she would not charge me for a dolly because there was already one in the back of the truck, i noticed in my contract i was charged the $7 anyway and i was fine with it, then i get my receipt and i was charged $60 for a â€œmissing dollyâ€ and my contract said i rented 2 dolly'sâ€”WTF. I am super frustrated and when i tried calling the place they said â€œit's out of our hands now you need to call 1800uhaulâ€ and then that number didn't pick up either. Shitty situation, sketchy location. Will not rent from here againMalaz E.
Your employee decided to leave work 15 minutes early, so even though I returned the truck before 5 p.m. (when she told me she would be leaving work), I was left leaving the keys with the cleaning lady. VERY poor customer service! Additionally, you have already charged my credit card the $50.?? I actually owed you, and you still have a hold on my account for the $64.00 from Saturday because your employee decided to bill me ahead of time for 25 miles, rather than the 10-12 I told her I would need (ended up being 12 just as I told her). Will drive clear across town if I ever need a U-Haul again to avoid this location.LISA A.

The woman helping me was extremely nice and very helpful. Unfortunately the truck I was given had windshield wipers that didn't work at all and the tires were pretty bald. It was snowing that day so I kept having to get out to wipe off the windows while at red lights or stop signs. Also, due to the old tires, I got stuck for over a half hour in a small 3 inch drift of snow on a street with no incline. I was offered a discount from the woman over the phone which I accepted but it was never applied to my final charges.Andrew L.
