This was a new area for us and we did not realize that the location was actually a gas station, it is a great idea but we didn't know. Stopped to top up tank around the corner before returning. Also difficult to identify the station as a uhaul depot.

Dash and inside cab not cleaned. Requested a 10 ft got a 15 ft which ended up costing more more both on the vehicle and gas. When called scheduling the day before the guaranteed a 10 ft and told me where to drop it. Then someone else called and said I had a 15 ft which would be more money and the location for drop off didn't exist. Not very happy. Get it together

I was charged for blankets and 2 dollies. I only ordered and used 1 dolly. Too time consuming to go after $

Online booking was terrible. I had to refresh 3 times, and fill in all the information again. Ended up with a cargo van instead if a 10' truck. Which I didn't want. Not the employees fault, that what the booking said. But I had a terrible time using your site.

When I need to return something at 7:30 pm, I cannot understand why uhaul assumes changing the time to 3:30 wouldn't be a problem. I'm just glad that the franchisee had no issue with the "late" return. No problem with the location, just the company.

You should have a jack on all of your trailers because trying to lift a double axle trailer off a ball is nearly impossible for one person. I had to use a 4x4 post I found in your yard to pry it off my truck because I couldn't lift it. Inform the customer they need a four prong adapter on their vehicle for the trailer lights and brakes. Grease the bearings on the door regularly I could barely open it and it got stuck half way. I sprayed it with wd40 and it opened quite easily. I was also billed for 2 days for a 1 day rental.

the place was hard to find as it was in a convenience store with little signage out side.

Not the locations fault but they did not have my 26' truck I reserved over a month before which I find ridiculous for uhaul in general. What is the point of the reservations if you don't get what you want in the end? The same thing has happened to a few people I know and we have all had to rent an additional trailer on top to fit all of our stuff. I think uhaul should cover the entire trailer cost if they cannot give you the truck you reserve over a month before. Would not recommend uhaul to anyone else for this reason.
