I was told there was over 3/4 of a tank of gas in the truck and I had to bring it back at that amount. But when I got in the truck or had just under 3/4. The workers should go out and check the gas before I leave to confirm the gas

The van we rented was nearly new, only 7660 km on it. It was a bright sunny day and the windshield inside was so dirty I had to stop and clean it. The dash and interior I don't think had ever been cleaned. The glove box was full of garbage. All that being said the young lady on staff was very friendly and helpful.

First of all you should make it right with us. The 15 foot truck was extremely uncomfortable even on smooth roads. The headlights were so dim even on high beams that we could barely see at night, very scary ride. The brakes were also acting up quite a few times, some strange noises coming from them. The gas millage was also different from what was advertised, and we were in the green zone nearly the whole trip. Cost us an extra $42. We moved several times and by far this was the worst vehicle we ever rented from U-haul. You should be ashamed that such a vehicle is in operation. Either fix it or retire it. We also talked with the lady at the location today explaining the same thing and demanding a discount for our horrible experience. Someone should have called us. But no call so far. So what can I say? What would you improve for the next customer when we are treated like this? Take care of us and then you can get a good review. And perhaps the next customer will be happy. We have another truck reserved with you, a 26 foot truck. We may reconsider and go with a different company, unless we get a discount and you guarantee a safe well maintained vehicle for our next load. We spent about $1400 for a very unsafe trip on the weekend. We had a time restriction so we had to endure it. Now you can show us weather you will deserve our next business with you.

We assumed our rental would be there at 9 am when they opened. They gave us a pickup time of 10 am and it was actually 1030 before the previous user arrived back with it. So started our day off a little later than what we expected,but it is what it is right!

Fuel gauge showed exactly how I started off and it must be sticking. Inside was swept condition even though it was muddy and I did not have a hose or mop. These charges should be dropped for extra fuel and cleaning and the km was quoted at .49 cents not .69

We didn't get a call from U-HAUL the day before we moved on Sunday, and then when we went to pick it up, the woman was VERY rude, and said she didn't have our truck there. She said someone should have called me to tell me it was 45 minutes away from where we were supposed to pick it up. We said that was unacceptable because we never got a phone call, and it would be an hour-and-a-half trip just to pick up the truck that was supposed to be at THAT pick-up station, and she said, "I don't know what to tell you, it's not here. If they didn't call you, that's our bad, but I can't do anything about it." We asked her if there were any else in town that we could pick up, and what are we supposed to do because we're on a time crunch, and she rudely said, "Drive to Fergus." And so we called headquarters to see if there was any place closer that we could pick it up (after she sent us away), and then while we were on the phone with headquarters for 25 minutes, she came up to us and said, "Oh, I just realized your truck is actually here." And she moved some trucks and then gave us the keys and said, "You got VERY lucky." How the hell were we lucky? Lucky that you almost sent us 45 minutes away to pick up a truck that wouldn't have been there? Lucky that our truck was in the place it was supposed to be? And then she was talking about how much she hated headquarters and that it was all their fault. It was all extremely unprofessional. We will NEVER be using U-HAUL again.

Improve customer service and dress attire in the workplace. We could not access or reach anyone at the storage for two days plus we paid upfront for a unit we could not gain access to. We were forced to hold off on the move itself and this made it very inconvenient to find more help. Our hope is to be credited back one day use. Please pass these comments onto the storage company. Please note that the girl who served us was very obese and wore clothing too short with her fat stomach hanging out! This is poor service.
