I will never use uhaul again. A terrible business. I reserved the truck at my desired location and a day before pickup they called and said they didn't have my truck and sent me to another location. I selected the 'counter pickup' option and when I arrived to the second location, no one was there. When I called customer service they said I had to do it mobile and hung up! The app and website kept crashing and we ended up having to call the property manager to walk us through it verbally. We finally got the truck 45 minutes after the desired pick up time which put us off schedule. A horrible, horribe experience. I will never use this service again and I would like to get my money back for the hassle.
Samantha CAlert customers who are not used to driving trucks that when turning left into an intersection where there are no regulating stoplights, that you must pull all the way into the intersection (dangerously) just to be able to see out of the right passenger window to determine if any traffic is coming from the right. This is very scary/dangerous and you should preferably have another passenger riding with you to watch for traffic. Also, I pulled a groin muscle just getting out of the truck. I'm pretty sure there is supposed to be an additional step on the driver's side to prevent this from happening.

CATHY CPick up directions were very lengthy and I was not able to get the truck I reserved. I was notified the day before pick up and charged for the larger truck I was forced to take as I didn't want to travel 36 miles out of my way to pick up the original ordered size truck. Poor customer service IMHO
