The personel were great. However, I was not informed that cash was not accepted. I had to make 2 trips back to town because after the first, I was told a deposit was now required. This rental took over 2 hours to complete. Again, the personel were wonderful but it was the input to the computer that kept changing. The program needs to be updated and more clear.
