The inside of the truck was dirty. Sticky steering wheel, some kind of drink had spilled a little, etc... Just overall a little grimy. When I got the truck home I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes. Normally I wouldn't complain but we're in a pandemic! Also the guys in the store were not wearing masks.Darby K.

There were metal shavings in the rear of the truck. Look like a metal shop had been in operation. It is extremely difficult to speak with a person at uhaul Waited twice in excess of 20 minutes. UnacceptableAngela P.
Truck was dirty inside cab,all agent offered was to take one photo to document. With the current COVID pandemic this was unacceptable. Spent time and resources cleaning interior the first day instead of loading..I called the area Manager left a voicemail and have never received a call back..I checked the truck before leaving and found no oil on the dipstick,call for UHaul and a roadside agent was sent out, the engine required one gallon of oil. The truck was only driven several miles from picking it up. I had planned on leaving early and this postponed my departure by several hours. Together with the cleanup I have 4-5 hours of my trip delayed because the truck was not ready to be rented when I received it.RICHARD E.

Not very clearly marked where to return. It is co located with a gas station. He was understaffed and had me bring in the blankets and hand carts, which was fine. He said he would check me out when he could, but he was short staffed. Two days later I get an invoice for a late return. It is still pending on my credit card, but they said I won't be charged after I called and asked... we shall see.Peter S.
Wasn't our choice location. It's a gas station with 1 employee. Gas customers come first so you are interrupted every 30 seconds while trying to get the uhaulMichael A.
I was surprised when the representative did not hook up the trailer. I've rented from U-Haul many times and never had to do my own trailer hook up. Not a huge issue, just surprising that the service culture has changed. I chalk it up to being a neighborhood dealer and not a U-Haul center.Charles S.

This location is not a full service U-Haul location but a gas station that offers U-Haul rentals. Dropped the unit after hours; clerk took my name and the trailer tag number. The U-Haul agent called out of work the next day so I'm hopeful that I get full credit for the return being on-time.William M.

I was charged twice, we have been on hold to your 800# since 10am, I have been trying to chat online for an hour, no response, no reply, no answer on teh 800# Unbelievable - the location was fine, the trailer was fine, NO response from customer service is terrible - please coorect the double charge so I do not have to dispute it with the credit card company.STEVEN G.

I appreciate the after hours drop off option. I am curious about the policy of providing 9/16ths of a full tank instead of a full tank. Also wonder about what you do with the extra gas. In my case, I returned with 12/16ths of a tank. Do you siphon of the extra 3/16ths?Daniel M.
