They charged me an extra day even though I returned the appliance dolly by 1500 the same day. Ridiculous customer service that when it was returned early they logged it a day and a half late. I want a refund!

The truck smelled like an animal. Had animal hair all throughout. This was the only truck available, so I had no choice but to take it. Reported the conditions and I'm still waiting for a call back and partial refund!
Atiya P.The truck was newer and in good shape, drove well no issues. Every time I rent a Uhaul I have to sweep out the last person's trash in the cargo bed. Please inspect trucks and clean them before handing off to next person. The location accommodated a change in rental, due to the first location not having the truck I rented. This is a recurring problem with Uhaul that the truck I rent with a "guaranteed" rental is not available; and I was not given any notice until arrival to pick up.
