Rental of a Trailer was very slow. Representative did not know the system and had to call numerous times for assistance. Hook up and loading of the trailer was very efficient and the rep was very knowledgeable.

Check engine lite on, cheese and crackers, ( old) stuck to floor, a water bottle full of cigarette butts on the floor, Windshield has smoke film, had to clean the whole windshield, outside windshield so dirty ( not just dirty but had quite a few bugs that needed to be scraped off) had to go to local Sinclair station too get window cleaner before we could leave the parking lot, it stank because of the cigarettes in the bottle, the cheese and crackers smelled. We ended up cleaning it out before we drove it, and sprayed Ozium air freshener. so we could discapate the stink. I rent a lot of U Hauls ( 3 in the last 6weeks alone) and this was the worse, I highly think it was dropped off and no one inspected it.
