I had a Saturday morning drop off. No one was there so I called and they said drop it and they will take care of it. Days later I get a notification that my trailer is past due and never returned.
JAMES SI will never use this location again or the mobile app. There was 4 customers at this location waiting trying to use the app. I was told someone would be there when I came to pick up the uhaul and if course there wasn't. Had to wait another 40 minutes to get someone there. Your website wouldn't let me put a pick up time any later than 3 AM. The whole experience was horrible
