Equipment was not pre trip or maintained. I left the office with vehicle transport and I went to my job but when I was about to leave my job like 3 miles away from the office I checked the equipment and saw one of the tires was missing part of the thread and called the office and they claimed that it maybe happen on the way when I was like 3 miles away from their office and they claimed they checked everything when they didn't.

Mike was extremely helpful. He clearly explained everything and pointed out important things I hadn’t thought to ask, like the location of the gas tank and how many gallons I could expect to add to cover my journey. The inside cab of the truck was dirty. The cup holder was disgusting, the floor was dirty. Clearly it was not cleaned by the previous user. The truck itself was good though. It got the job done for our local move that was only 3 miles away. The overall process of 24-7 U-Haul pickup was a unique experience. Make sure you have a charged mobile phone and ensure your “reference contact” knows to expect a call or else you cannot get your truck.

We rented the car hauler and made it clear it was a one way travel We were told it was around $52.00 to rent. Thats great! Well our credit card was charged over $600.00. We called and opened a ticket and have heard absolutely nothing back from Uhaul-not cool. We need a satisfactory resolution to this matter. I am currently on hold iwth the claims department for over 20 minutes. Also, unacceptable. What would be the reason that Uhaul would treat its customers in this mannner- absolute silence to a valid claim that Uhaul caused??? Is this common practice for Uhaul? I would hope not. Please call me asap to resolve this matter. 806-206-3314 (my number) or 806-476-9409 (my wife Shelley Gatewood) I am very disappointed in Uhaul's customer service.

This location and customer service for Uhaul reassured me everything would go smoothly as I requested to have my son-in-law pick the truck up early before they opened. They said it would be no problem at all because everything could be done using his phone. I told the location and Uhaul customer service that I would not be driving the truck myself and to add my son-in-law and was told no problem. Location didn't open until 10, we wanted to pick truck up at 8 and the process went horribly wrong using check in with phone. They never added my son-in-law to the order so he couldn't check in. I called the location number and someone who works there answered but said he couldn't be there until 10 when they open so he was no help. I called Uhaul customer service and after being on hold forever and finally talking to someone they weren't very helpful. I ended up having to drive there myself and finally the process worked. I had ordered 2 dollys and I had my son-in-law check the truck before we left and of course only 1 dolly in truck. By then someone who worked at that location showed up and actually said "oh wait, there's only 1 dolly in there, let me get the other one". What??? He knew there was only 1 after I paid for 2??? I have used Uhaul so many times and never had problems like this. I feel I should get a refund of some sort as everything went so wrong that day. Thinking I'll never use Uhaul again

I accidentally left my garage door remote in the truck after locking it and putting the keys in the lockbox. But I called the provider and he helped me out by giving me the code-what a lifesaver! Service is friendly and laidback. I really recommend!

I will not recommend this location or uhaul to anyone. I was wrongly charged $25.00 plus tax for cleaning. It turned out that I did not move anything at all. My friend did not move so we did not use the van for anything. It sat mostly in my friends yard for three days. I drove to and from the location. A few leaves or dust but the van was not needing of cleaning. This charge should be removed or I will never again use uhaul.

I spent 2.5 hours trying to get the running lights to work. Had to go back 12 miles the way I came to have someone look at it. They replaced the pigtail on the trailer and got it able to run on the highway. COMPENSATION?
