Set the expectation for returning the product. I wasnt aware that they would be closed at the time I returned the trailer and didn't know what I needed to do. Luckily I eventually figured it out after having to download the app.

air conditioner/fan quit working. Was quoted 1 price but different price and added a day to our charges. We rented the truck for Saturday pu and dropped it off the next day. looks like our card was charged 3 times for this truck. Not happy at all
