Fix side view mirror. Fix car stereo. Both of these were negligently out of order (side view mirror for driving safety and stereo to ensure driver can stay awake while driving). Given uHaul's negligence here, I'm unlikely to rent with uHaul again (I've rented many uHauls and Penskes, but now intend to shift my business to Penske exclusively).

Trey Kelsey was unbelievable. Helpful and went out of his way to answer every question I had. He even helped me with the car transporter. Trey gave me his cell number and told me to contact him when I landed in New York from Tampa late at night. Best customer service I've ever experienced.

the location was difficult and the truck's condition was not great. very difficult to return the truck and park. customer service was polite and courteous however and the overall cost was good

I cannot recommend uhaul anymore. You dropped three of my reservations becaused you overbook the weekend. I was told to go to 3 other places and even with reservations they had no trucks. I run a business and you are not business friendly there fore I will move on to another company to rent from. Sadly Highland storage was a pleasure to work with. Bill

Double check equipment - There was a 4" crack in the windshield that almost doubled on my drive. I contacted the location to report it the next day.

I was charged with a $161 deductible for a mirror we did not break. This was after I had bought SafeMove. I did not have a picture to prove that I did not break the mirror so they charged me with the deductible. I do not trust uhaul anymore because I cannot take picture of each and every part before returning the truck. uhaul can say that I broke any part for which I do not have a picture. We did not break the mirror because I walked around the truck after we parked the truck and at that time nothing was broken. We returned the truck as we rented it. There was no damage done to the truck whatsoever while we moved.

I didn't get my vehicle that I asked for. Then I was over charged. Honestly not satisfied in the lest. I can say the man at property was very nice. Has nothing to do with my order. I usually rent once a month. Will think other options next month.

The person there is an absolute ASS HOLE. Should be fired especially after the way he treated me over the phone. He has no right to threaten me with calling the cops on me for a payment that Uhaul already made. He has no right to tellme to deal with my bank and that i have one hour to do so. I have the message he left saved on my phone. Also charging me an additional $40.15 for what i do not know since he would not answer and hung up on me twice telling me to deal with my bank and then ignore my calls. Complete scumbag and for sure will be reporting him. I also would like the recordings of my call from Sunday 6/24/2018 with Uhaul and as well as of today 6/26/2018.

I was extremely disappointed with this rental. I reserved my uhaul for 9am. I got an email confirmation when I reserved it online. 8:50am the morning of the rental I got an email telling me location for pickup had been changed. Unfortunately it was too late and I was at the first rental location. Very disappointing and misleading! Then when I got my bill I was overcharged. I am still working on that and it has not been resolved yet.
