Great place to rent!!! Paulette is awesome and very helpful, nice clean good working truck and on schedule.
Carina MDon't understand why have so many pending trans action on my credit card. I understood the first one which was $86.58 the estimate, but then get another for $43.11, then another for $134.00. Finally get an email for the final bill for $58.32. Always issues when not using a Uhaul and storage facility. These off site rental facilities needs to improve.
Luis NCourteous and efficient service manager...explained terms and provided clear directions for drop off as well. Appreciated the good service as equipment under the original rental agreement was not available and computer network was shut down on Thursday. Daniel in scheduling was also very helpful as he took the time to locate equipment in route the night before.
