Danielle BFirst of all, advise them in person when they get to the location that they should take pictures, before and after, inside and out. of the truck for their own protection. All I was told was, here are the keys and there is your truck! After I am on my way to my home, my wife gets a message on her phone "BEFORE YOU GO"!!!! with instructions! We are not seasoned renters. Also, the windshield was deplorable and very hard to see out of - filthy! Come on! Maintain your trucks before the next person can't see out of it at all! It was a surely well used truck. Running very rough.
