I requested a dolly lady said they had none at location. Rented uhaul got to location to load furniture and there was no ramp. Rep never explained that prior to renting uhaul and than she lied about gas when I rented it. Lady in not knowledgble about uhaul at all.

I drove a cargo van 13 miles and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. ($14). I know the van gets better than 6.5 miles to the gallon. Second time this happened at this location.
