The tow dolly wasn't the right one issued needd to wait to retype order.The man had no change after calling ahead with cash. The car tolley had all rusted strap rachets and need a pry bar to use.Got to gas station and only one strap was working because of the rust. I have oictures. had to buy oil to put on rachets to finish the tow.

There is no one ever at this location regardless of posted hours and no one ever returned my calls when I needed to rent a uhaul.. I rented a Uhaul from another place. The ads say 29.99 a day for a 15 ft Uhaul., plus 99 cents a mile. I paid the 29.99 and drove 69.9 miles from pick up to drop off and I purchased the 15.00 safe drive insurance and 5.00 environmental fee.. Charges should have been under 120.00. I was initially charged 131.00 and uhaul took more fees from m bank account!!!! WTH!!!!! I was overcharged and your ads are false!!!!!!

This experience was a fiasco! Numerous calls to Ripley location went unanswered and no return calls after leaving a message. Set up "guaranteed" reservation online for Saturday. Received a call on Friday evening that the vehicle was not available - did receive a truck 6 feet longer (did not want) and the time was now 3 hours later for pickup. Tried to explain that I had movers (paid) in both locations to no avail. Did not care in the least. Kept trying to explain to no avail - in fact a cold shoulder. Called the district office - received a $50 credit - I just wanted the 20 foot truck on time! When I did pick up the monster truck, the manager said how I was getting more truck for the money. What!!! I did not want it - I just wanted the smaller truck on time! Forgettable to say the least!



I was very dissatisfied with the fact that there was a problem with the paperwork. Which was not this locations fault!!

Keep the original vehicle and location that was agreed upon when booking the reservation. I booked the rental because I needed a 20' truck in Reedy...not a 26' truck in Ripley (which costs more in fuel to fill up AND costs more in mileage to go further out of our way to pick up and return).

Truck would not work with tow dolly so had to leave car 250 miles away. Bad patch on corner leaked in rain ruining some wood furniture

The day before i was informed that i would have to drive an hour 1 way to pick up my rental. Also, the store would not be open until an hour and half later than scheduled pick up. Spoke with customer service reps who were nice enough to refund $50 but that came no where close to paying for the movers that sat for an hour while waiting for me to return with truck. In addition, online ordered an appliance dolly and blankets. Neither were in the truck. Tried to do the online check out...took and hour and 4 calls to customer service. Very disappointed with this end of the trip and will not use UHaul again.

Turn signal lights appeared to not be working on trailer, difficult to get a hold of by phone, disorganized, and hours of operation aren't adequate for most people...
