I didn't actually speak with anyone here or go inside so I can't truly speak to helpfulness/cleanliness of location. I just did an after hours dropoff which was easy enough especially because the parking area was very accessible!

I sat there at that location for an hour and a half and was late to where I couldn’t use the U-Haul properly never again will I use that location or U-Haul? I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Dorian RNote the left tail light did not work and the right tire was a very low on pressure. I got the tail light to work by cleaning the wire connectors on The trailer connection. Also note that the blankets used for covering the furniture our rentals in that purchase which I did not know therefore I had to make an extra trip to return them at the end location.

TRICHA LThe location was unmanned and the rental had to be done by cell phone. Mistakes were made and I was charged for the rental to go to Texas instead of where I specified, Memphis, Tn. This error cost me about $ 100.00 extra which I am requesting a refund for.
