Everything was fine until I returned the truck. I had left it in the lot and went to return the key but one of the employees told me I had to move to a different location upon having done so the truck unfortunately bottomed out and got stuck. I went inside to tell the staff and they said not to worry about it. A week later I received a bill for the tow. Without any forewarning

Jane CWe rented a dozen furniture pads but they were not in the truck. Had to go without them because the location was closed. We still were charged for the furniture pads, even though I indicated that they were missing while doing the "pick-up" routine on the ap.
