The trucks are backed in and they don’t give you much room to unlock the back and get the key. The first truck..lock wouldn’t open. I’m pelting rain I tried several times. Then I did the chat and they gave me a number to calll where I waited for 15 minutes in holds. Did I mention the pelting rain? I should get a refund because they left me in the rain trying 3 or 4 Times B4 she gave me another code for another truck. Did I mention the pelting rain? Yes it was a F’ing nightmare… You do not want me to do a review….awful
