Dealer tried to charge me an extra day by setting drop off time 30mn after the 48hr pick up time. I asked why the insurance was $8 more and the price was $40 more than what I was quoted online. Dealer tried to tell me that's just how it breaks down until I complained and asked to see what he was putting into the computer and saw the blatant error. He had previously told me that even 30mn late on pickup would charge me an extra day, so I know he was aware of the time sensitivity. Then on drop off which was a day early and an hour before the 24 hr time from pickup. Only two workers were there and they were washing a vehicle in their main business and refused to check my trailer in. They kept saying "we email you receipt" and then went back to washing the vehicle they were working on. No one went out to check on the trailer and no one checked me in on the system. I called customer service at 530pm same day and was told they still had not checked the trailer in and their service time indicated they had closed for the day. Called customer service again today since I received an emailed invoice stated that I had the trailer for two days instead of one.

I reserved a trailer and I went to the location it said it was at. They said that even though the trailer I needed was in the parking lot it was already reserved by someone else. They sent me to this other location, apologized, and said that for the mistake there would probably be a $50 discount. It took about 20 minutes there. Then I made the 40 minute drive to where I was sent. It was in the opposite direction of where I needed to go with the trailer and I do not get great gas mileage in my beast of a truck. I got to this location, the worker there communicated to me, after about 5 minutes or so, that the owner would have to help me when he got back. (She didn't speak English or Spanish, the two languages I know, and couldn't help) After another hour had gone buy since my original reservation time (2 hours total now) I finally got the trailer and the owner told me he couldn't give me a discount up front but that he would make sure I got it after I returned the trailer. He repeated the promise to me 3 or 4 times before I left with the trailer. I returned the trailer early almost a whole day before it was due. I took pictures of the trailer showing that it was left in good clean condition. (My phone also time stamps the pictures so I can show the trailer was back early) The next day I got the bill in my email and not only did I not get the $50 discount, but I was charged for an extra day. Not sure if the owner messed up and checked it in late or messed up at the beginning some how, or maybe it was an internal problem. Either way, my reservation says 5 days, I returned it in barely over 4 days and was charged for 6 days. I've tried to call Uhaul a couple times with no answer. At this point I am considering disputing the transaction. Hopefully they respond to me soon.

It cost way to much money. You did not give free day or add 50 miles more to total as the one here does. The man said it would get 20 mile per gallon, it got 6 miles to gal.,So that in my book is a lie. So it cost way to much,.

I would add a note to the drop off instructions to log into uhaul.com and submit you dropoff info. I didn't do this until later in the day and it wanted to use GPS to confirm my dropoff location, which was to late. I also never got a confirmation that the unit was checked in at my drop off point.

Would not recommend. Price of 19.95 a day plus mileage turned into 500.00. Waited on hold for 36 minutes and again 43 minutes and customer service never answered.

The only gentleman working seemed clueless and could careless for business. I had to track him down and find out where he wanted the truck and trailer to be parked. When letting him know that we were dropping off a 26ft truck and trailer; he replied “k, bye.” That was literally the only hello or goodbye from him. When I let him know that we were just dropping off the little trailer from AZ because U-Haul had asked us to transport it to Salt Lake City for inventory purposes, he then said “I’ll enter it in the computer the rest is your problem.”

My original pickup was Gateway Storage, but my reservation was moved and Bubba's was supposed to call me, but they did not. They claim they called and spoke to me but THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. The cabin of the truck also had food crumbs and the owner didn't know what he was doing in getting me the truck.

The fuel level noted by the agent was twice as high as the actual level. It was a quarter of a tank and he put on the contract that it was about half full. No true! He couldn't print out a receipt because he didn't have a printer. Also, upon taking the truck to the agreed upon drop-off location, the representative had no notice of our drop-off. He had to make phone calls from the contract to find out more information to accept our delivery of the truck. We waited for 15 minutes!!

I felt bait & switched. I reserved a 5'x8' trailer for $88. The next morning as I attempted to pick up the trailer, I was told the reserved trailer was stolen. My alternative option (contract #93757893) was a foot wider and longer trailer at a cost of ~$254. The prior price quote should have been honored.

The mid city uhaul center at 415 w 2100 south where I was origionly scheduled to pick up the truck were not helpful. I called early Saturday morning to change pickup time, no warning of truck shortage. When I arrived he said your truck is not here it is at Bubba they may be closed. That was the case. Only luck and a helpful and dedicated dealer made it possible to rent the truck.

I made my reservation online and wanted to pick up the truck from the location on 3900 S and State St. The only communication I received was confirmation of the reservation, so I went to that location to pick up the truck and they said that my truck was at this other location. I was never contacted by this new location and they tried processing my debit card three times. The money has been taken out of my checking account, but showed in their system that my card was declined. My friend ended up putting it on his card so that he would give us the truck, so I have been charged two different amounts for one truck. It also took me over an hour to pick up the truck and I had people waiting to help me move. I am NOT a happy customer with this location.

Reserved trailer was being used by the owner for personal use. I waited 20 minutes for him to return with the reserved trailer. Upon his return he removed his "junk" (cardboard and carpet scraps) , and then he did not clean it out for my use.

I was very unhappy with the customer service over the phone. I had nearly a dozen dropped phone calls trying to figure out where I was to pick up the trailer I was reserving. I wanted to pick up in Salt Lake, at one time my reserved trailer was in north western Wyoming several hundred miles from Salt Lake. Finally I was given a good location, I get there, waited in line over a half hour to find out my trailer was now at another location a mile or so away. Once I got there had to wait again. The trailer was sufficient for my needs, but the hassel was unreasonable for a simple trailer.
