DAWN HI ordered a utility dolly and there was none. The location would not ping on the app, it was reported to be 1.6 miles away, so I had to be manually checked in by phone, which was a lengthy process. The owners also approached my father’s vehicle as he was dropping me off to ask why we had at their business when it was closed on Sunday - obviously we were picking up our U-Haul. Very poor experience, other than the first and last representatives at U-Haul I spoke to ( of the 4 conversations it took throughout the day.)
