Mario is incredibly unprofessional and should be replaced. He started by talking crap about a lady who pulled into the parking lot saying, " That lady's crazy, she almost hit me the other day. She's lucky she's a girl or else I'd put my hands on her." He literally stood there scowling at her instead of helping us. Next, he wouldn't unhook our car from the Uhaul. He made us get under the car and tow to unhook the chain. I had no clue what I was doing. I'm very angry because I got grease on my brand new sweater due to Mario's uselessness. He then told us we had to use the bathroom next door at the bar to wash our greasy wet hands. As if this wasn't enough already, he began talking crap about the lady early to her coworker who happened to be outside. Once the time to pay came he wanted me to give him my credit card so he could type the numbers in on his phone/tablet. I wanted him to swipe my card and print me out a receipt, and he kept insisting we do it his was. I finally got my way and we went inside. He then proceeded to try and make me feel bad by irritatingly saying," I didn't want to do this in here because now I don't know how to get back to the screen I was on." He called someone who told him what to do. I was so unimpressed and untrusting of Mario that I paid with cash because I didn't want his hands on my credit card. I would rather pick up or drop my Uhaul off in another city than deal with Mario ever again. If you care about your business fire this person. He is a liability to your establishment.

I was given a trailer with bad electrical, and the person that helped me hook it up immediately left, knowing there was a situation but refused to accept it might be the trailer. He left me stranded.

There was only one person working on a Saturday and three customers ahead of me; it took an hour to get my truck. The truck was dirty when I got it and when I checked out online Uhaul wanted me to pay the cleaning fee (I'd had the vehicle less than an hour; I contested the fee). The one employee running the shop on Saturday morning was helpful and professional. He was obviously making the most of a very poorly run operation... very disappointing. My reservation was at 9:30 and I didn't get my truck until 11:00. . The employee made the most of the situation and provided excellent service, despite being short handed. He deserves accolades and a raise. This was obviously a management and personnel (same difference) issue. Get it together please.

The location helped because even though I had a reservation UHaul did not have reserved truck for me The location worked to find a truck at another location I was very disappointed that having a reservation did not mean there was the reserved truck waiting for me This is appalling If a reservation is confirmed there should be a truck there

I am very disappointed in the UHaul online ordering system. On 10/29/17 I ordered a Cargo Van for pickup at Rudy's UHaul in Felton Ca. at 1:00pm on 10/30/17. When I arrived there the person in charge had no record of my order and informed me through your system that I had to go to the UHaul in Santa Cruz, CA. This set back work schedule considerably and was very frustrating. It seems every time I have to use UHaul something breaks down with your ordering system. I am actively looking for a better service provider. For such a large company I expect better customer service.

When I got the dirt lot for my drop off at 845 not a sole to be found. He number is not listed online and a sign with The number located one foot off the dirt in an almost impossible place to see. Being Monday morning and a work day meant I was late. Being a workday meant I had on clothes that were not meant for the next issue. Finally after reaching someone I was told to unhitch the trailer after backing it into a location...: super unprofessional

Went to drop off at 3 30 and no one was there. This is also a moving co. They close at 4 pm. I called to say I was there and no answer or return call. I left truck and took paper work and keys until I heard from them the following day.

The whole rental process was very smooth, minus the problems trying to get the system on the internet. Preordered a hand truck and unfortunately it did not materialize. Not the end of the world. Nice guys worked there that got us in and out in a hurry.
