We originally set Spring Green for our two day pickup, we were then notified pick up was 40 minutes away in Sauk City and only for one day! After two phone calls, the first was a hang up as I explained the problem to her. I found a different number and she was great! Then the notification came we had to return the trailer to Mauston which is over an hour away! On the phone again, we gave them several closer u haul centers to drop off the trailer within a half hour of home. The Next drop off location we were given was Muscoda, so ok we will take that one at 30 minutes away. My husband arrived in Muscoda only to be told he couldn't drop it there! In the end he returned it to Spring Green! Enough said!
