The rate per mile of $1.29 was a bit extensive considering I had to refill the gas I used. $1.00 per mile would be more acceptable.

They cheated me and put a broken trolley in the car and I have loaded the car by hands and when I went back there to replace it for unloading they said this place is all online and they didn't have anyone to help and didn't replace the trolley and I had to pay extra miles because they give me damaged trolley

Ali AThe location was fantastic. Very nice people there. The U-Haul app and our experience was terrible. I really would like to speak with someone about a refund or a credit. I did everything ahead of time and it took us an hour plus to finally get our rental truck due to issues with the app and several phone calls. We then finally got into the truck and it was 63 miles to empty. We had to email the pictures of the truck to a uhaul employee to upload them because the app didn’t work.
