CLAYTON PFresh tires and great service. I just wish it was closer to my home.
JEFFREY RI put NO on these above items mainly because it wasn't at all apparent what we were supposed to do when we dropped the Uhaul off. They were busy in the back and some one had to get them. We were told to just leave the keys on the counter and someone would get to it within an hour and we would be contacted. We still have not been contacted by anyone. As of the last interaction we had with Uhaul over close to two weeks ago, the truck was still not listed as being turned in. Also we were never able to speak to anyone at this location on the phone , nor did they ever get back to us.
JOAN WDealer didn't check in my rental. Which led to extra charges. Multiple calls to customer service.
