Paul CThe overall rental experience was a total mess. I had a reservation for a 26’ moving truck at another location but the previous renters didn’t return the trucks on time so I was left without a truck when I needed it. I had paid movers scheduled and had to scramble at the last minute to find a truck. Thankfully the Best Self Storage location had a truck albeit a smaller one. Their location was great and friendly.
