The latch on the back door was super hard to open. Like if it had a jam or rust. And when we called to get help, we didn’t get anyone till hours later. I paid for this service fully just to maybe get use of it for 1-2 hours instead of the 6 like we intended to. A total waste of money. A new truck is needed bc that one is not well maintained.

Priscilla GI was charged for an extra day when I asked and used he truck for a few hours and I was charged for a full tank of gas when the receptionist said it’s a quarter tank leave it with a quarter tank.
