Brian was amazing- I hadn’t properly checked the trailer back in and two days letter he corrected the issue so I would’nt be charged! He called me back within a minute! Amazing service compared to the Uhaul on commercial -glenstone ( don’t use that one).

They charged me money that wasn't necessary and then they tried to lie to justify the reason they did it I put gas back into the truck it was a half of a tank and they said they added more gas and charged me for it and they said I went thirty miles over and I know there's no way I could of I'm so mad and upset I will never use uhaul again and I will never let anyone in my family or friends rent from uhaul it's not right to remove money from my card for no reason and than lie to make it seem like they had the right that's called stealing

Although the signs on the door said they were open, they weren't. A note on the door gave a number to call. I did - no answer. Fortunately, I didn't have anything larger than a furniture dolly because I had no way of locking the back of the truck and had to leave the dolly in the cab. Also had no way of knowing for sure if I parked the truck in an appropriate spot.

Store said open...sticky note on the door to call Bryan. Did everything over the phone and got the contract emailed to me quick and easy however I feel someone should be there and go over the truck with you.

I have used UHaul many, many times and always have been satisfied with my experience. The vendor I used this time should not be affiliated with UHaul. My experience has been a disaster from the beginning. No one was at the store when I arrived to pick up the truck at the designated time. A note was left on the door with a number to call. I called the number twice and got no answer. I had movers arriving at my home that are paid by the hour and I had no idea whether I would have a truck or not. Finally, I received a call back from Brian who said he was on the other side of town and would be back in about 30 minutes. When it became obvious he was going to be longer, we worked on the contract by phone. When he arrived at the store, he offered me a free bag of moving pads (I only needed one and had reduced my request from two to one when I spoke with him earlier) for my trouble, which I accepted. I returned the truck with in excess of the 7/8 of a tank it had when I rented it. When I received my bill from UHaul, I was charged for two bags of pads and $19.25 for fuel. I called Brian immediately and told him. He said I should not have been charged for either and that he would get it credited to my credit card. He also said to call back if I didn't see the credit within a week. No credit showed up, so I called him. He said he would check on it and to call back if I didn't see a credit. I called him back and third time and still no credit. Today, I called him for the fourth time. No doubt I was upset, but he told me that (1) it was my problem and I needed to call an 800 number, (2) it was my fault for not calling back sooner, (3) he was busy, didn't have time for me and didn't make much money running the UHaul lot, (4) he never agreed to the credit for fuel and (5) he would send me a personal check twice but when I said okay, refused. He hung up on me while I was attempting to remind him of what happened when I rented the truck and refused to call me back after I left him a voice message. As I said at the outset, I have used UHaul many, many times, mostly in Houston, TX with three one-way returns from Houston to the Branson-Sprinfgield, MO area. All of my experiences have been very good other than my most recent experience. I'm a very busy person and I rarely take time to do reviews and $25 means nothing to me -- this about principle. I don't like to give my credit card for an open invoice,upon returning office was closed at mid-day had to use drop box. When received invoice by e-mail the mileage was entered wrong and had to make 3 phone calls to get credit for the overcharge. Outside of this issue i was pleased with the service. I will use an office that is staffed full time next time.

No one was there when I picked up truck. Keys were left behind visor in open truck parked on street. Did transaction over phone, I signed no papers. Very unusual but got the job done.

truck was dirty, no assistance available. But trailer was attached and ready to go. Don't know why the truck had a radio because you can't hear it over the noise.
