There were several mistakes made when I booked my truck and if I didn’t continue to check if things were fixed I would not have made my trip. Things were not done as requested, then told that it was corrected which it WASN’T. Pick up was definitely not in the town chosen. Poster, Texas is literally down the street, however they sent me to Celina , Texas much farther away 🥵.

SEYED AFirst time renting a trailer and the staff was friendly and explained all about the trailer and how to drive it! Pick up was easy! Drop off was easy. Staff at drop off was really friendly. Wonderful transaction. Looking forward to renting again.
Lateira JGreat experience at this location. I called in to see if they had what I needed. A truck was available and booked by one of the young ladies immediately. I came in a few hours later to complete the transaction and was on my way. Excellent customer service!!
