The only person working in this location was not remotely helpful and even spent the majority of our interaction complaining about how she didn't even want to offer U-Haul truck pick-up service. The entire process took almost an hour and was deeply stressful as well as unpleasant.
ALEXANDER WWe have rented U-Haul. Many times before. The app is always glitchy. We always have to contact customer service for help. We just rented a U-Haul twice about three months ago. And yet we’re still getting the extra. Give us your friends phone number so we can contact them, and prove who you are message. . That seems excessive and unnecessary. This location is very junkie and dirty and dark. There’s no signs did not even know. It was a U-Haul rental places. We drove around confused..
Donald WIt was my first time to rent a UHAUL at the United States, as I just moved from Canada. I had many challenges while renting online, and the costumer service representative helped me a lot and stayed with me on the line for more than an hour till I got my rented truck. She made my day and even month. Her name was Candee as I remember. I would like o thank her and her supervisor who change my lemon to lemonade.
