This place is a dump. No one was there when I dropped off the trailer. Also if you are reading this trying calling your locations. Most of the time no one answers and you get routed to a call queue and have to wait for extended periods of time. Also the application let you reserve a trailer and the site does not even have that specfic trailer.
ricky kI didn't feel we went over the vehicle much nor discussed pertinent elements, not even what type of fuel goes in the vehicle. I am partly responsible as I didn't ask many questions, waiting for what I thought would be a normal conversation as I have rented many u-hauls over the years. The truck ran great and we got safely to our destination!
