Didn't rent the truck until 12:45 but the guy called me at 12:00 telling me the truck was only for 24 hours and already late and that he was going to charge me another day if I didn't drop it off in 20 minutes but then proceeds to tell me he can “fudge the numbers†if I do??? This caused me to hurry and I got the truck stuck on the incline of my drive way! Called him back and told him about not even picking up the truck until 12:45 , he told me that wasn't his problem and that I should have got the roadside assistance and then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me for that also. Ended up fracturing my foot while trying to hurry and the truck was returned 4 hours late. Very unhappy with my experience and will never rent from U-Haul again.
