Very disappointed with what happened. I live in ridgecrest and had confirmed I was picking up my U-Haul truck at 239 E Ridgecrest Blvd at 11 am on Sunday. I then received an email that I had to pick up the truck in Tehachapi ( 1 hour from Ridgecrest). What a hassle. I was told the worst case scenario would be to have a truck at Hi Desert Home Center that I would be able to get on Sunday with a lockbox number. This didn’t happen. Not happy.
MICHAEL BThey were very helpful. The equipment was clean; however the AC stopped working halfway through our trip. Drove without AC for about 400 miles.
Angela CThe business and online extension did not communicate with each other and now I'm being charged twice along with the business where I had picked up the u haul contacted the police which was very embarrassing and humiliating and very much so inconvenience this uhaul had several issues and called 800 number and even arranged to trade this in for a different uhaul in Bakersfield CA.
CHRISTINA VTerrible! Would not recommend this place. They will overcharge you, check everything before and after your visit should you make the mistake of using them.
