Beyond disappointed in the customer service from when I picked up the truck to drop off. The truck was dirty and in terrible shape it needs to be maintained better. Never using uhaul again, do better

I was scheduled to pick up in Mamaroneck, that was bumped to Harrison, then Thornwood—a half hour away. Thornwood had one old truck and no moving supplies so I had to go back to mamaroneck to get pads and a hand truck.
