We did Uhaul a favor dropping our rental here instead of at our destination. The rep gave us the wrong address initially and we waited in the wrong place on Thanksgiving for the correct address. We were in a hurry to get to family 2.5 hours away and were very frustrated. We got to this location and had no idea where to drop the truck. Finally we saw a small sign in the window that said to drop in the back. Why doesn’t Uhaul give you all this info upfront?? This is the second time this trip they didn’t bother to give us all needed information and it’s extremely frustrating

They lied to me and told me that if I booked a trailer rental for 4 days but returned it after 2 I’d get a credit when I dropped it off in Sacramento. In Sacramento they told me that wasn’t true.
