the employee was extremely rude and refused to accept the trailer until I called uhaul while standing right in front of her. I went back to the same location today to rent a cargo trailer and she refused to rent it to me.

Did not have a full tank of gas the Uhaul was on E and I did not get no close out confirmation nor did I get any of my money back so I am very disappointed and I know I did not go over my mileage and I put the gas back where it was when I rented

Victoria AI get there the lady on the phone with friend. Her personal phone. I put gas in the truck and uhaul charge me for gas. I have pictures of the gas hand before and after drop off.
