Lucas M.I ordered a truck from the Upper Wellington in Hamilton location and was not impressed that i had ro go to Beamsville to pick up the truck. I ordered 1 dozen moving blankets to rent. They were not in the truck. My order somehow said I was renting a dolly. I did not order one, nor was there one in the truck. The staff at the Beamsville pick up location messaged her manager to inform them that there was no additional equipment included. The staff at the Salmon Creek location assured me that there were no charges for the equipment. When renting from Uhaul I always plan on encountering something going not according to plan. I was not wrong again.
