The website listed this location as having counter service, which is the type of truck reservation I made. I lost the first hour of my reservation because this was only a Truck Share 24/7 location and I needed to have my reservation changed over the phone. When I finally got the code for the lockbox, it got stuck and I needed to ask for nearby help to physically open it. Also, none of the moving equipment I reserved was in the truck when I finally got into it.
