The equipment I ordered - two dollies and 12 blankets - was not supplied. The process of signing in and getting the vehicle was easy, but was the most basic customer service possible. The vehicle worked, except for the light in the box of the truck so we had trouble packing. I will never use this location again.

The agent did not know how to support the check in of the client. She also didn't try to provide good assistance when things were not going well. She continually disengaged with me as a patron. They did not have the equipment I had ordered and received confirmation about. I will never use this location again, will warn others about it and will likely never use Uhaul again.
MICHAEL FI had booked furniture pads but there was no furniture pads in the truck. Some parts of my furniture were scratched because of that. I had to search by myself to find the truck and it was parked far from the store. I had to go back and forth to unlock the car and to return it. The car’s driver door did not close properly unless you close it hard. The wipers do not work properly and make windshield just more dirty. More importantly, the call centre’s customer service was indeed poor and rude. I called them the night before; they told me that they cannot confirm if furniture pads are inside the car and if it’s not there, i have to go to another location to pick them up; hence I have to pay for extra milage. The initial location of my booking was also changed. Despite being mentioned on the website that reservations are guaranteed, and there would a refund if changed, the customer service told me that I am wrong and asked me to send them a screenshot of the website. After receiving the screenshot, they said it’s not valid, and I had to take a screenshot when booking (I can’t imagine who would take screenshot of booking procedures). After calling the customer service for mentioning the absence of the pads, they told me that I will still be charged for the pads but the manager will do the process for refund and i have not received anything yet. The process is extremely not transparent. Overall, unlike my previous booking last year which was a good experience, the whole experience of this booking was disaster.
Shayan KIt's bad experience to use U-Haul this time although I have rented trucks many times. I am not sure if this is related to the location or U-haul in general. When picking up, there is missing equipment as I booked online, so it took me time and calls tofind out what happened then remove them from my booking. When returning, there was only street parking and no designated parking spot for UHaul, so I had to park a bit far because UHaul doesn't want to pay for the parking fee. Meanwhile, UHaul doesn't allow me to return from the app because the parking place is a bit further than expected. I had to spent one hour on the phone with customer service because the location was closed for UHaul during weekends. However, when I returning the key to the after-hour box, the location was open for other business but only not for UHaul. Furthermore, no one contacted me when there was something incorrect in their system after returning, so I had to make a couple of calls to figure out the reason after finding out no charge on my credit card 3 days after. Overall, it's pretty bad experience this time, and should be avoided next time.
Yifeng WClear instructions, good experience checking in and dropping keys after hours. My only complaint is the fuel level was 1/8 full on pickup which meant I had to stop for fuel twice, at beginning and again at the end of my rental. If it was kept at 1/2 full it would be easier for everyone...
