Client care attention !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE INTERNET CREATION !!! 1-booked a pick up location on line and confirm - UHAUL DID NOT DELIVER HIS PROMISE. For unknown reasons my pick up STORE got change to a way far location from Original. 2- Call UHAUL Custumer Service and request a different drop LOCATION IMPOSSIBLE for me to do that - UHAUL DO NOT PUTS CLIENTS FIRST - But possible for you to change my pick up location 3- THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE - My E mail Invoice claims to be $32.65 - My credit Card Charge is $79.85 - I Demand $47.2 back into my account + my transportation expenses $4 on gas + 19.54 EVO charge to get back to my place. I got force to use your service in the Store by your choice as if I was asking you for a favour in the busiest day of the Month for a rental company. And an Explanation of why my truck wasn't on my first pick location and why you are overcharging me !! NOT LIKELY TO RECOMEND THESE COMPANY EVER !!

KM out was entered as 12049 when it on the vichic it actually read 21910. I did not check it at the site but drove some 4 km and recognized it was incorrectly list ( by over 9000 km) Returned to the rental site within 5 minutes. Agent apologized and said he would correct it to 21919. Made a note on my contract with that km, said I could go. Returned the vehicle with 21942 km so drove 23 km I was billed for 31 km on my invoice. Not a big deal in my case but an extra $4.50 is annoying.

Cans in the cab of the truck. No walk through for the truck. Also I was surprised that my estimated rental time was actually when I needed to return the truck. I always thought I’d have it for the day if needed. That put pressure on us getting everything done.

Guy running this location conned us by excessive fuel charge. We drove to west 10th and fir, to Collingwood and 1st and back and charged us fuel when the needle didn't even move. He claimed it was at another point on the gauge when it just wasn't. He started shouting and raising his voice at us at our initial challenge on this charge and remained rude and shouting until we left as we realised he just kept telling us U-Haul isn't paying him for this service he runs, and he wasn't removing this charge. I realise this isn't alot of money but it's more the principle of how he does business and conveying how poor a representative of your business he is, which I'm sure is alot more respectable than he was. I'd be happy to discuss further if someone was to reach out and discuss further.

The guy and place we hired from was ridiculously bad. I work in customer service and I usually have extra patience with others but this guy was SO RUDE. An example: After having hired the truck from 11 to 3pm we came back early to drop off the van at 1pm. So 2 hours early. I walked in with a big smile just having smashed out an important move and I asked him what we needed to do or sign to return the van. He says nothing for almost 2 minutes. He just walks over, in complete silence. It got really awkward so I asked again. Do we need to sign anything or what is the procedure here. He replies by Shouting "GIVE ME A MINUTE". He then explained that he had mixed us up with someone that rented another vehicle. After two hours??! Anyways, he was incredibly rude, the place he works in was FILTHY and I would STRONGLY recommend against anyone hiring from that establishment again. He didn't greet us once, nor say his name, nor say much of anything for that matter. Like common courtesy wasn't even a thing with this guy. The van was fine and the online service was okay, I got a little confused after I got my confirmation email the webpage still sent me to another place where I had to fill in my friends drivers licence details. It looked liked it was mandatory to fill in there but I don't think it was, I think it was to "skip the queue". Maybe some clearer notes online. Thank you.

In dispute over the mileage charge. I returned it with only 5 miles of travel, but got billed for far more. Poor response from local office after sending picture of odometer. Will try to reach national office.

The customer service provided by this location was terrible. I was given a 24/7 contact to assist me the morning of the pick up. I was told to call him at 8am when I was set to pick up the truck, and after calling him the day before and confirming the instructions to call him at 8am the next day, David never answered the phone after 15 phone calls. He never called back with the code and I lost an hour of my move trying to sort my problem out. I am shocked with how bad this customer service was, I will never rent from this location again and will be telling all of my friends in the area the same.

1.25 hours late in getting my vehicle. Chased a van all over town. Wasn't brought back in time. Your automated service sucks and didn't work. I had to pay my movers $100 to sit in front of my house while this took place. I expect $100 refund, not $50. Someone contact me asap.
