Quick and easy pick up. Clean truck. I'm happy with my experience. V.F.

The rear view mirror on the drivers door needs attention. Not at all safe as it kept shifting on the freeway. I had to continually wind down the window to adjust the mirror by hand to see vehicles behind me before pulling out. This is a serious problem on a vehicle with large blind spots and limited rear view. This vehicle should not be allowed to be checked out by anyone else untill this minor repair is completed. The inside of the cabin was clean and comfortable and apart from the issue with the mirror the vehicle was great. Just one other minor issue. I would suggest that you supply a wifi hot spot for this location as everything is completed online on a smartphone. Not everyone (including me) has unlimited data !

The guy working the counter had not clue; gave me a card and told me to call the individuals on the card. Eventually, I just left the truck and used the drop off box (guy behind counter did not even know about that).

The self serve concept is more time consuming and frustrating to me as a customer. I do nott like the fact that i was sending pictures and sensitive information that will undoubtedly never be deleted. It is an easy target for an identity thief. Calling for roadside assistance when the overhead door was stuck in the open position never yielded an answer from a representative. I was on eternal hold listening to music when some other people happened to offer help. It took 2 tall men to work the mechanism overhead. I couldn't even reach it. The word lock is not easy to function. It doesn't fit well and is hard to turn. There is no onsite assistance. Just a phone call to a manager that asked me if i spelled S O R T properly. And said the locks were just hard to use. I couldn't even get the lock back on when i returned it and was told to just throw it inside the back of the truck. The rubber on the lock prohibits it from fitting easily and the locking arm will not turn even when the tension of the door is released. Once again it should not be this difficult to check in and out a truck. I will go elsewhere in the future.

The automated pick-up procedure was tedious, and I think it would be difficult for older people to use. We had problems returning the truck as the location did not appear to recognize through GPS that we were at the return site. Fortunately I was able to contact the area manager, Shawn Doering, and he helped us out. Shawn was a great asset during the entire process.

I boooked online and the system did not tell me it was a self serve pick up point. The contract was never sent to me nor signed, even though I paid full online. It was a mess of a pick up. The equipment I rented was locked in another separate truck. Absolutely horrible.
