The gate was locked. When contacting the facility they had no interest in helping us they simply said call U-Haul. Leaving the facility required a passcode. It was given to us verbally through U-Haul and not written down so we had to call again. The entire process took 45 minutes to pick the truck up.

Not the locations fault but the truck needs serious maintenance the transmission sticks in third gear and the brakes hardly work I almost wrecked a couple times.
Jill GThis was not the location I picked, did not have the hand trucks I needed to move furniture! It was 20 miles one way out of my way and I was not given any credit for this even though it was not my fault that at the last minute the right location said online that they had a truck but didn’t!! Your error cost me and this lost a customer who had been using U-Haul for years!!
Jerry ASlight mix up on truck location but the staff there was friendly and helpful and got the issue resolved quickly.
