When we arrived to pick up our truck (which I called the night before to confirm the availability) the woman at the counter told us it had been canceled by someone at uhaul, not their specific location. We did get the truck, however, when asked what time we would return it, I saw the posted hours, which said 8am-5pm. I said 5pm. Without looking up the “salesperson” said “I leave at 3 today.” I said “your hours day 5pm”- her reply-“I leave at 3 today.” No explanation, apology, anything bordering on politeness. Eventually she said we could return the truck by leaving g it outside the gates and putting the keys in the slot. Why not say that in the first place? So rude!

The gas gauge indicated the tank was closer to 5/8ths full, not 3/4 as depicted.
