It would be best if there was a staff member specifically for uhaul transactions. It would also be better if the snow was removed from the rental truck prior to the pickup time.
TAMELA KI had made reservation online in advance. It still took 40 minutes to pick up the truck…
DEAN SRental deposit was not returned because of "a glitch". Were told it would be automatic once the rental was complete, but they are insisting we come in to get cash even though we live 1.5 hours away. Shameful.
JASON SShe wasn't sure how to use the reservation system and I had to get on the phone with someone and give them my brother's information so he could "verify my identity". Took 30 min to pick up a truck that I had already booked and the whole thing was kind of sketchy.
