ABEL GOvercharged by nearly $50 because the clerk redid my reservation, removed the credit U-Haul had provided for not being able to fully fulfill my reservation. When I dropped the truck back off, the other guy, Peter, argued with me for 20 minutes AFTER he’d already charged my card the additional I was not supposed to be responsible for. Opened a dispute with U-Haul, hoping to get some money back after an already expensive and painful ordeal. Go to another station—these men are very difficult to work with if anything isn’t standard.
Chelsea WLeft side tires were extremely worn an vibrated so back it made me think there was something wrong with my tow vehicle.
