The truck was clean. The front end definitely needs some attention. The steering as you drive down the road was not at all crisp and sharp. There is a fair amount of swaying from side to side. I'd recommend someone from the store take it for a drive before renting it out agsin.

After returning the car hauler on time and as instructed, U-Haul charged me for after-hours drop-off and for an extra day of use. The trailer was returned an hour before it was due, on the day that it was due. U-Haul should correct the issues with their systems so that customers are not over-charged.
CHARLES MLocation was great. Staff here know u-haul well and makes pick up and drop of easy. Only bummer on u-haul’s side (not the pick up or drop off location) was the trailer lighting was inconsistent. All lights worked for part of my drive, then only the left side worked, sometimes not at all.
